Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab
- Monitoring day to day Import transactions to ensure imported goods will be delivered timely to warehouses
- Monitoring day to day Export transactions (returnable packages only)
- Handle and monitoring renewal of import licenses (SPI, Suket, NK, SNI, etc)
- Understand PIB, PEB, Notul, HS Code, COO amd all regulations related to Exim
- Familiar with INSW, Intrade, Siinas, KSO Sucofindo, OSS System, PIB Module
- Handle customs audit
- Liaise with forwarder, customs office, association (Gaikindo etc) and government (MoI, MoT, MoF)
- Up to date with new regulations to ensure complience

Persyaratan
- Minimum Bachelor degree from all major
- Minimum 4-6 years experience in Export, Import, Government Relation field
- Having experience in leading a team
- Familiar working with MS Excel, Ms Word, Ms PowerPoint
- Good attitude, honest and strong integrity
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Having passed Sertifikasi Ahli Kepabeanan will be an advantage
- Able to work well under pressure
